New hire – John Papagiannis

Rosefellow. is extremely proud and excited to announce the newest member of the team, Mr. John Papagiannis, as its Chief Operating Officer.  John practiced as a lawyer with Dentons, a global law firm, from 2010 to 2022, where he became a partner in 2017. His practice primarily focused on real estate, mergers and acquisition transactions.  He also led the Montreal office’s M&A practice group. During his practice, John represented clients on a broad range of Canadian and cross-border transactions and advised on the structuring/formation of real estate joint ventures and all other aspects of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, development, management and leasing of real estate assets. Member of the Quebec and Ontario bars, he also serves as director and secretary of the Marianopolis Millenium Foundation and as director and officer of the Hellenic Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal.  Welcome John !
